ABOUT THE FIRM

family lawyer burleigh

Southern Beaches Family Law was created by an experienced lawyer with over 19 years as a legal practitioner and more than 25 years experience in the law,

Sarah has a passion for the southern end of Gold Coast, which she calls home, and small businesses in the local community. This was fostered through working in small businesses and lead to Sarah joining the board of the Southern Gold Coast Chamber of Commerce.

It was only logical then to start a small business of her own!

The purpose to setting up a new firm was so that Sarah could provide quality legal advice and services to clients in family law and domestic violence matters with a personal touch.

Clients can be assured that they will receive the benefit of years of experience, including exclusive practice in family law and DV. The firm's aim is to provide practical outcomes for our clients. We listen to their goals and take them through every step of the journey with skills and experience. We  work towards meeting the challenges faced by our clients in their property, children or separation matters. Whether we are assisting our clients with advice, negotiating an outcome, formalising an agreement or representing them in litigation, clients can have the confidence that their lawyer is acting to reach the best outcome for them.
